Below you will find information about our ordering process and payment options. We offer safe and easy payment options through our payment partners Mollie and PayPal. No matter which payment method you choose, it is always free!

How do I place an order on brunner.store?

To place an order, simply add the items to your shopping basket. Once you have finished shopping, click on the shopping basket at the top to complete your order. You can place your order with or without an account.

Immediately after ordering, you will receive an e-mail confirming your order. Did you not receive this e-mail? Perhaps it ended up in your junk mail/spam. If you cannot find the e-mail here either, check whether you can see your order under My account – Orders. If your order is not here, please contact customer service. 

How do I pay on brunner.store?

You pay securely online when you place your order on brunner.store. Choose your favourite items, go to your shopping basket and choose how to pay for your order:

iDeal
iDeal is an online payment method mainly used in the Netherlands. It requires a bank account with internet banking.

Bancontact
Choose this payment method if you have a Belgian bank account set up for Bancontact.

Paypal
For this payment method, you need a PayPal account. To pay, you link a bank account or credit card to your PayPal account. Nowadays, you can pay from a PayPal account without depositing money in advance. This is because the payment is directly debited from your bank account or credit card.

Credit card
We accept credit cards from VISA, Mastercard & American Express. The advantage of paying by credit card is that the amount will only be debited from your account afterwards.

Klarna
For this payment method, you need a Klarna account. To pay, link your bank account or credit card to your Klarna account. In your Klarna account, you can then choose to pay directly, pay within 30 days or pay in 3 parts. 

Prepayment
You can also transfer the amount due to our bank account. We will send you instructions by e-mail together with the order confirmation. We will only ship your order once the money is in our account. This may delay your order.
