Returns
Returning your order
If you are not satisfied with any of our products, you may return your order within 14 days of receipt. In order to process your return properly, we ask you to report the return using the `return form` button below. This is not obligatory, but will speed up the processing of your return considerably.
It is important to return the product undamaged and in its original packaging, including all accessories. This ensures that you receive a full refund.
If you purchased the product through a retailer or dealer, the product must be returned to this retailer and their own terms and conditions apply.
Reflection period
What can you do with the product during the reflection period? You may feel and look at our products as you would in a shop. You may take the product out of its packaging and examine it, as long as you do this properly. However, you may not connect the product or put it into use.
What is allowed?
Carefully cut the tape and remove the product from the packaging. This allows you to look, assess and feel the product at your leisure.
What is not allowed?
Tear open the packaging and damage it or connect the product and put it into use.
Impairment
Do you use the product, return it incomplete or have damaged packaging? We have the right to charge you for any costs required to restore the product to new condition. If this is the case, we will contact you about this.

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within a period of 14 days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your wish to withdraw from the contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. in writing, by post, fax or e-mail). You can use the model withdrawal form for this purpose, but are not obliged to do so. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from the contract, you will receive all payments made by you up to that point, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us) back from us without delay and in any event no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract. If you return only part of your order, the cost of delivery will not be refunded. We will refund you using the same means of payment with which you made the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not be charged for such refund. We may wait to refund you until we have
recovered, or you have demonstrated that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first. You shall return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay, but in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your decision to withdraw from the contract to us. You are on time if you return the goods before the 14-day period has expired. The direct costs of returning the goods
shall be at your expense.
