If you bought the product online via brunner.store, you are entitled to a 24 month manufacturer’s warranty on all our products. The warranty period starts from the purchase date stated on the invoice.

Of course, the legal warranty also applies to all items you buy from us. Legal warranty means that a product is or should be able to do what the consumer can reasonably expect of it. The manufacturer’s warranty does not detract from the legal warranty.

Did you buy the product elsewhere – for example on an e-commerce platform or a shop? Then the warranty runs through the selling party. Please contact the dealer or shop in question. 

In the unlikely event that the product becomes defective within the warranty period, we are ready to investigate and solve the problem.

Do you have a complaint about one of our products or services? Please contact our customer service. We will respond to you within 14 days of receipt. Not satisfied with the handling of your complaint? Submit your complaint to the Home Shopping Disputes Committee or to the Disputes Committee via the European ODR Platform.
