Brunner.store delivers all items on the website from our own stock. We make every effort to state the delivery time of your order on the website. On working days, your order will be delivered the next day if ordered before 20:00.

Shipping costs are free for orders from € 50,- incl. VAT. For orders below € 50,- incl. VAT, we charge € 5,95 shipping costs.

Your order will be delivered by our carrier. The evening before delivery you will receive an e-mail with a track&trace code. With this code, you can customise the delivery options:

• Choose a parcel point
• Indicate an agreed place where the delivery man can drop the parcel
• Have the parcel delivered to the neighbours
• Choose another day or time

When the delivery man is unexpectedly unable to deliver your parcel, you will be notified by e-mail. This will state whether the parcel was delivered to your neighbours or whether you can pick it up a day later at a collection point.
