Who is brunner.store?
Brunner.store is the official webshop of Brunner products for the Benelux. So you buy directly from the source.
We ship your order directly from our warehouse in the Netherlands. So you can be sure you will receive your products quickly!
What is the delivery time of my order?
Do you place your order on working days before 20:00? Then your order will be shipped the same day. You will receive an email later that day containing the tracking link to your parcel. This allows you to easily follow or adjust the delivery of your parcel.
Why are some products ‘on request’?
A product may be temporarily unavailable or sold out. If this is the case, you can leave your contact details on the product page. We will then contact you about the possibilities or delivery time.
Where can I ask a question about my order or a product?
Our customer service is available on working days from 9:00 to 17:00.
We try to answer email enquiries within one working day. You can also reach us via WhatsApp or by phone at +31403043445.
Do I pay shipping costs for my order?
Every order over € 50 will be delivered free of charge to your home within the Netherlands and Belgium. Is the total amount lower? Then you pay a shipping contribution of € 5,95.
Would you like your order to be sent to an address in Europe? On the payment page, you will see the shipping costs for your order to the selected country.

On the ‘order and payment’ page you will find an overview and more information on all the payment methods we accept.
How can I return a product?
Not satisfied with the product? You may return your order within 14 days of receipt. More information and our return conditions can be found on the return page.
How does the European warranty work?
Every Brunner product comes with a standard 2 year guarantee.
Is there something unexpected wrong with your purchase? We will be happy to solve it for you.
You can also make use of the extensive European Brunner dealer network. So there is always a solution nearby, even if you are on the road!
